Joshua Lind Builder Inc. executed various renovations in my home in 2016. Joshua very carefully listened to what I wanted, worked out detailed plans and was very good at explaining the various possibilities, time frames and costs. He had very knowledgeable and solid solutions to unforeseen complications, major and minor. Very concientious about consulting me about options along the way and what the final result of those choices would be. 

Joshua and his team were a delight to have in the house. Always on time, great cleanup every day, friendly, pleasant and fun to be around and always patient and helpful when I had stupid questions about things I didn't understand.

The result of this project is beyond my expectations. It has been a great experience to have someone truly knowledgeable, experienced, honest and trustworthy work on my home.
